As part of this year’s Pride Month celebrations, employees from across CluneTech were invited to share their favourite Pride-inspired songs, books, films and works of art. From creations by LGBTQ+ artists and authors to pieces that celebrate and embody the spirit of Pride, colleagues submitted a wide range of meaningful and inspiring recommendations.
We are delighted to bring together these selections in our 2026 Pride Picks collection – a celebration of the diverse voices, stories and experiences that make our communities stronger. We hope you enjoy exploring the recommendations and perhaps discover a few new favourites along the way.
Film directed by Luca Guadagnino, starring Timothée Chalamet, suggested by Krasimira Gercheva from Sprintax.
"It’s a beautifully crafted film that captures identity, love, and self-discovery in a very honest and emotional way."

A 2019 published novel by Rachel Reid, followed by a TV Adaptation (2025), suggested by Yana Popovska from Sprintax.
"The 'Heated Rivalry'” series and books became famous for the way they portray the vulnerable and tender masculinity and queer romance and the emotional rollercoaster it will take you on. 🌈🔥"

Stag Dance is a book by the American writer Torrey Peters, consisting of three short stories and the titular novel, suggested by Kyle Mulholland from Sprintax.
“At the start of the year, I read Stag Dance, a short story collection by Torrey Peters. The collection of two short stories and a novella explore gender identity and LGBTQ+ relationships through various genres.
The titular story is about Babe Bunyan, an American frontiersman and lumberjack in the 1800s who decides to attend a 'Stag Dance' - wherein the lumberjacks can take on the role of man or woman for the night - as a woman. He also finds himself caught in a strange rivalry with a younger member of the camp who has also decided to attend the dance as a woman.
It's a touching, vulnerable, and transgressive collection of stories about obsession, identity, and jealousy.”

Imagine Me & You is a romantic comedy-drama film about a newlywed bride, Rachel (Piper Perabo), who realizes she is falling in love with another woman. The movie was suggested by Monika Tosheva from Group Services.
"Imagine Me & You" is one of my all-time favourite movies. The film explores love, personal growth and the courage to follow your heart - even when it means taking an unexpected path. The film is elevated by the delightful performances of Piper Perabo and Lena Headey. If you enjoy romantic stories about self-discovery and chasing your dreams - I highly recommend it."

The Song of Achilles is a novel by American author Madeline Miller that retells the story of the Trojan War from the perspective of Patroclus, suggested by Manasi Pai from Fintua.
"A very popular book on BookTok/Bookstagram-picked it for the hype but it left a mark on me. Best combination of Greek Mythology and a story that champions love, loyalty and destiny. Give it a try if you love emotionally heavy books which sit with you after it is over. 🌈"

And because no celebration is complete without a soundtrack, we’ve also created a special Spotify Pride Picks playlist featuring songs recommended by our employees, together with a few additional picks from our team. From empowering anthems to feel-good favourites, the playlist is a celebration of self-expression, diversity and the many voices that make our community unique.
Put in your earbuds, turn up the volume, and discover your next favourite track.

As we move into August, we're taking a moment to reflect on the fantastic activities that brought our teams across the globe together in celebration, support, and solidarity during Pride Month.
Our Kilkenny HQ was filled with energy during the Pride Rowathon Challenge, where teams battled it out in support of a great cause. The competition was fierce, the atmosphere was incredible, and it was fantastic to see so many colleagues getting involved. You can check out our winners here.

Meanwhile, our colleagues at Dublin HQ proudly showed their support during their Pride-themed Payday Lunch, helping to spread the celebrations across our offices.

We also hosted an LGBTQ+ webinar, both in person and virtually, giving colleagues across all of our locations the opportunity to come together, listen, learn, and celebrate. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the session such a success.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in our Pride Month activities throughout June. Whether you rowed, attended an event, shared your support, or simply took the time to learn more, every contribution helped make Pride Month a meaningful celebration of inclusion, respect, and belonging.
