The first half 2026 has been a particularly busy and exciting period for team Sprintax.
The team has enjoyed a particularly active start to the year, strengthening Sprintax's profile across the global equity and employee share ownership community.
Enda Kelleher and Elaine Marino represented Sprintax at the GEO Conference in Austin at the end of April, where they made valuable industry connections. Meanwhile, Ryan Ludden and Michal Kwiatkowski hosted Sprintax's first-ever Dividend Withholding Tax (DWT) event in London, bringing together industry stakeholders to discuss the latest developments in the space.

In June, Sprintax was proud to sponsor the inaugural Connected Equity Dublin conference, delivered in partnership with leading industry associations including GEO, the Irish ProShare Association and UK ProShare. At the event, Ryan Ludden did a brilliant job in representing Sprintax on a panel discussion covering the taxation of employee share benefits.
Looking ahead, the team is continuing to expand Sprintax's thought leadership presence, with speaker proposals being submitted for GEO chapter events across the US and UK, alongside plans to present to the prestigious UK CFA Society.
Behind the scenes, development is progressing at pace on Sprintax's groundbreaking Dividend Election Platform.
This innovative technology will enable Sprintax to act as a tax agent for Irish securities traded on U.S. exchanges and Irish American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), connecting with many of the world's largest financial institutions and transfer agents. Jim Dalton, Ciaran McGrath, Stefan Stefanov, Venstislav Dinev and the wider development team continue to drive this ambitious project forward.
Development is now officially well underway on Sprintax Property, the newest addition to the Sprintax product portfolio. This new product offers comprehensive support for withholding agents with nonresident investor clients.
The team has made an exciting start as they build a solution designed specifically for the property management industry.
It has been another successful tax season for Sprintax Returns. With nearly 350,000 customers and $177 million and €54 million in federal and state tax refunds issued, respectively, we continued to help nonresident taxpayers file with confidence while delivering outstanding results at scale.
The team has also maintained a strong presence across the international education and exchange visitor community.
Elvera King, Johnathan Lacroix and Lauren Scally attended the NAFSA Annual Conference in Orlando, one of the sector's largest and most important events, where they connected with universities and international education professionals from across the globe.

Gabriel and Anna also travelled to Colombia to meet with J-1 agency partners in person, further strengthening relationships across Latin America while exploring opportunities to integrate Sprintax with leading J-1 partner CRM platforms. The team has continued to engage with key industry events throughout the year, including WETM-IAC, the NSAA Eastern Winter Conference and the CSG Summit.
