As the Chief Executive Officer for Sprintax, Joanna Murphy is responsible for running all facets of the business. Joanna has a demonstrated history of working as a talented CEO and Company Director. With her transition to Chief Executive Officer of Sprintax, it is Joanna’s responsibility to ensure that Sprintax far exceeds our client’s service expectations.
Joanna brings with her a first class honors degree in business studies, a diploma in management, a diploma in digital marketing, years of hands-on management experience and invaluable business expertise. Joanna is a vital cog in the Sprintax machine and is wholly invested in making sure that our day-to-day operations run to the highest possible standard.
When she’s not busy overseeing the day-to-day operations of Sprintax or keeping up with three teenagers, Joanna enjoys running. As a highly motivated professional and a mother, Joanna always tries to get a run in when she can, which is almost every day.

Vice President
Enda is based in New York and has been assisting universities and nonresident international students and scholars with US tax withholding and Federal and State tax preparation for over four years.
He has been awarded the IRS VITA Foreign National qualification, which means he is certified to prepare taxes and perform quality reviews of returns for foreign residents in the US.
He is currently studying to become an IRS Enrolled Agent. Over the last three years, Enda has delivered more than 150 tax workshops all across the US. Sprintax has assisted over 300,000 students and scholars during the same time.

Tom Gahan as the Director of Initiatives in Sprintax has a senior leadership role that serves as the trusted partner and right hand of the CEO, ensuring the smooth execution of key strategic initiatives across Sprintax.
Tom Gahan also plays a key operational role in a fund that was the first of its kind established exclusively for the Irish Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP). The IDLF is a senior secured debt fund regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The fund primarily supports Irish businesses in sectors like hospitality and healthcare.
Before joining Sprintax and IDLF, Tom was involved at a senior level with ConnectIreland, a globally recognized job creation initiative launched from the Global Irish Economic Forum in 2011. The initiative aimed to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) into Ireland by leveraging the global Irish diaspora. It has been credited with creating thousands of jobs and received accolades at the Financial Times Global FDI Awards

Prior to his current role, Encho served as the Product Owner for Sprintax for seven years, where he led strategic product development and enhancements to meet evolving regulatory and customer needs. His transition into operations was built on this foundation, allowing him to streamline workflows, optimize resource management, and align cross-team execution with business objectives.
An IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), Encho combines regulatory expertise with operational insight to drive efficiency, compliance, and high service standards across the organization. He is recognized for his hands-on leadership style and focus on continuous improvement and scalable growth.
