Without a doubt, it's the people. I'm sure if you ask my colleagues and managers, regardless of how long they've been here, they'll give you the same answer. The team spirit at CluneTech is incredible, with a can-do attitude and a supportive environment for everyone. These are my top three favorite things about working at CluneTech, among many others 😊.
I've found that my accomplishments are often tied to the challenges I face at work and in life. I've learned that when you can achieve your personal goals, you can also achieve your professional ones.
Being part of the Veliko Tarnovo's office expansion years ago was an amazing adventure. I've seen it grow from 15 to nearly 150 people across all businesses within the Group. The office was opened 11 years ago with its first employees from the Taxback Sales team. Since then, many operational departments have transformed, and now we're proud to have 19 teams from Taxback International, Taxback.com, Transfermate, and Immedis.
When I come out of a difficult situation, I analyse the mistakes along the way and I find it as a great self-improving mechanism. I try to give my best at every aspect of the work I do.
As part of the HR team, we work on multiple projects, and I enjoy all of them, from recruitment campaigns to Great Place to Work events, CluneTech Cares initiatives, and employees' experience projects. It's inspiring to work with so many professionals who provide constant support, making every project my favorite one.
For all the new starters at CluneTech, I would say that exceptional performance brings results sooner than expected, but it can only be achieved by working as #OneTeam. Collaboration and teamwork are key to success at CluneTech.
