At CluneTech, we have an extensive Milestone Recognition Program that rewards employees that choose to build a long and successful career with us. As part of this programme, we love celebrating and sharing the stories of those reaching major milestones with the company.
This month we caught up with Taxback's SEO Manager, Rositsa Baneva who has been on our team for the last 10 years.
What is your favorite thing about working in CluneTech?
Flexibility in all its aspects.
From a professional point of view – working on various large projects, targeting different nationalities and languages, we chase short deadlines, and we have to be flexible to jump from project to project.
From an employee point of view - working from home, the opportunity to finish early on Friday to go to the beach, and all the other cool benefits that make CluneTech so attractive.
What has been your biggest achievement or highlight since joining CluneTech?
Becoming an SEO Manager - leading a team of 5 great professionals, working on 4 worldwide brands like Sprintax and Taxback. And all of this happened just a year after I gave birth to my second daughter.
What is the biggest change that you have witnessed in your time here?
Remote work.
And the way Clunetech managed to handle it.
What is the greatest challenge that you have faced in your time here and how did you overcome it?
Artificial Intelligence.
There are so many opportunities for implementing artificial intelligence in everyday tasks, we are still optimizing work processes, and it is for good.
But there are also so many unknowns that we will first encounter from an SEO perspective.
What has been your favourite project to work on?
Taxback.
I learned so much working on Taxback and was able to put into practice the best practices. The rebranding last year was super successful, thanks to all the teams working together. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of such a huge project.
Do you have advice for someone who is just starting their career in CluneTech?
Be open to new things, and know that there is nothing that cannot be learned.
