Brid Barron | 5 Years at TransferMate

As part of this programme, we love celebrating and sharing the stories of those reaching major milestones with the company. This month we caught up with TransferMate's Brid Barron, TM Education's Relationship Manager who has been on our team for the last 5 years.

What is your favorite thing about working in CluneTech / TransferMate?

I like that we can work from home and the flexibility. My team are friendly and helpful. The benefits within the company are great too.

What has been your biggest achievement or highlight since joining CluneTech / TransferMate?

My biggest achievement has been winning first Operations Recognition Award for 2023.

What is the biggest change that you have witnessed in your time here?

The biggest change has been remote working, the addition of summer flex hours and the quarterly lifework day.

What is the greatest challenge that you have faced in your time here and how did you overcome it?

When I changed position from Business Development Manager to Relationship Manager within Education, it was a new department. We needed to build up from scratch and the team is working very well.

What has been your favorite task or project to work on?

I like that I work with clients from all different sections in the education sector from student accommodation, universities and language schools.
