At CluneTech, we have an extensive Milestone Recognition Program that rewards employees that choose to build a long and successful career with us. As part of this programme, we love celebrating and sharing the stories of those reaching major milestones with the company.
This month we caught up with Tsvetelin Salutski, Database Programmer at Transfermate. He has been on our team for the last 15 years.
Working with smart people. Being able to learn from them. Having the opportunity to grow and develop my skills and competences.
Without a doubt, this is the Automatic Submission Validator (ASV) tool at Benamic. I played a key role in the design and development of this highly complex system. Its unique validation algorithm enabled Benamic to automatically process and validate hundreds of thousands of registrations at scale.
From a technology standpoint, migrating our infrastructure from the Ireland data center to the cloud was one of the most significant milestones for the organization. It was very complex and high-risk transformation that required collaboration and resilience from everyone involved.
13 years ago, I was handed a folder, “Tsveti, congratulations on your new role. These are the documents for your new project. On Wednesday, you’re flying to London to meet the client.” That was how my first project as a Business Analyst began. I had no idea what I was getting into, but despite the initial shock, I pushed through with hard work. It paid off with a successful delivery and recognition from the entire team.
The projects where I learned something new and was genuinely challenged. In the end, the satisfaction of getting the job done was always what motivated me most. Dopamine(Венозно)😊
Always give 101% at work. Take ownership, make decisions, take responsibility, move on and get the job done! Don’t get used to seek validation for everything you do. Don’t be afraid to fail. Be curious and don’t run away from challenges—this is how real growth happens. When you consistently show commitment and deliver your best, recognition and success don’t need to be chased, they come naturally as a result of your continuous effort and attitude.
