My biggest achievement since joining the company has been my professional growth. The support and trust from my colleagues have been crucial in helping me take on new challenges and continue growing in my career.

As a results- and performance-oriented person, one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is managing my impatience when projects depend on others. I’m driven to move quickly and deliver high-quality outcomes, but I’ve learned that collaboration often requires more patience.
