CluneTech is celebrating its best performance yet at the prestigious Career Show Awards 2025, taking home three gold company awards and two Bulgaria’s Top 100 Talents recognitions at the ceremony held on October 2nd at Arena Sofia.
The company was recognised for its outstanding contributions in three major categories:
◦ Best Employer in Fintech – For its strong commitment to talent attraction, engagement, retention, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
◦ Best Employee Recognition Strategy – For the company's diverse programs and initiatives that highlight and celebrate the contributions and uniqueness of its employees.
◦ Best Office Environment – For the transformation of its Lounge & Meeting Space in Varna, Bulgaria, into a vibrant hub for collaboration and connection.
In addition, Albena Pashova, Global Indirect Tax Recovery Manager at Fintua, and Nikolena Doncheva, Recruiter in our Group Services Team, were named among Bulgaria’s Top 100 Talents in Finance and HR, respectively, for their outstanding contributions to their professional fields.
The Career Show Awards are highly regarded annual accolades that recognise leading practices in human resources and employer branding. CluneTech won in the Best Employer in Fintech category for the third consecutive year, following its first gold medal in 2023 and a silver in 2024. Earlier this year, CluneTech was also ranked #14 in the Top 100 Best Employers Ranking in Bulgaria.
