CluneTech Climbs to 12th Place on Ireland’s Best Workplaces List for 2026

Thursday, February 26th, 2026. Kilkenny-based software technology group CluneTech has been officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland™ for 2026.

At the annual Great Place to Work Awards, held at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, CluneTech was ranked 12th among Ireland’s Best Medium Workplaces, marking a significant rise from 25th place last year and its 11th consecutive year being recognised as a Best Workplace in Ireland.

The ranking is based on direct feedback from employees through an extensive and anonymous survey evaluating workplace experience, highlighting CluneTech’s continued commitment to building a supportive, people-first culture shaped by the voices of its teams.

Speaking about the recognition, CluneTech Founder and CEO, Terry Clune said:

“Being named one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces is something we’re incredibly proud of at CluneTech. It reflects the culture our teams continue to build every day, where people support one another, go the extra mile and create an environment we can all be proud of.

This achievement is driven by our people and how we as a team show up for each other every day. Their energy, commitment and teamwork shape our culture and make CluneTech what it is. I want to sincerely thank everyone across the business for the role they play in making CluneTech such a great place to work.”

Kaylyn Burke, People & Culture Partner, added:

“We’re incredibly proud to see CluneTech move to 12th place on Ireland’s Best Workplaces list this year. This progress reflects the continued focus we’ve placed on listening to our people and building a culture where everyone feels supported, valued and able to do their best work.

What makes this achievement especially meaningful is that it comes directly from the feedback and experiences of our teams. Over the past year, we’ve worked together to strengthen how we support our people at every stage of their journey, recognising that there is no one size fits all approach to creating a great workplace. We remain committed to evolving with our people, ensuring every voice is heard as we continue to grow together.”

Jim Flynn, CEO of Great Place to Work® Ireland, said:

“When people thrive at work, organisations grow stronger and, in turn, makes Ireland’s workforce better prepared for what the future holds.

Congratulations to all organisations recognised in this year’s list. Your leadership, ambition, and commitment to trust have set a powerful example for others. You show that even in challenging times, it is possible to build organisations where people believe in what they do, perform at their best, and help shape the future of work.”

CluneTech continues to be recognised for its strong commitment to its people, with recent honours including Best Overall Excellence in HR and Best Use of CSR at the HR Leadership & Management Awards.
