Monday, September 14th, 2026. CluneTech has achieved its strongest performance to date at the Career Show Awards in Bulgaria, securing five gold awards across employer, workplace and leadership categories.

CluneTech Named Best Employer in Fintech

CluneTech was recognised as Best Employer in Fintech in Bulgaria for its comprehensive approach to employee experience, combining flexibility, wellbeing, professional development and recognition.

In 2025, 88% of employees in Bulgaria worked remotely or in a hybrid model, 95% of managers were promoted internally, and employees had access to more than 750 learning opportunities through the company’s WeLearn platform. CluneTech also continued to invest in inclusion, family support and community engagement, with 40 team-building events, 37 charitable and volunteering initiatives and more than 850 hours of volunteering throughout the past year. These efforts contributed to strong employee engagement, with 89% of employees saying they are proud to work for the company.

Two More Awards for CluneTech’s Fintua

In addition, Vesselina Marinova, Head of Operations & Senior Product Manager at CluneTech’s Fintua, received Gold for Best Manager and Bronze for Workplace Leader, recognising her more than 25 years of contribution to Fintua’s growth and development.

Vesselina has played a key role in building Fintua’s operational foundations and driving its digital transformation, including the introduction of automation and AI-powered solutions that have significantly improved operational efficiency. Today, she leads more than 150 specialists across multiple operational and business functions.

Celebrating Continued Recognition

Together, these awards represent CluneTech’s most successful showing at the Career Show Awards to date, following the company’s rise to No. 14 in the Career Show Best Employers of Bulgaria Index this year.

The winners will be celebrated at the Career Show Awards ceremony at Arena Sofia on 5 October 2026.
