Strategic Partnership Between Sprintax and Varna University of Economics Promotes IT Talent Development

Sprintax — a global fintech leaderspecializing in nonresident tax compliance and part of CluneTech — is a keypartner in the 12th edition of the IT Master Class project, organized by VarnaUniversity of Economics.

This year’s initiative, designed as asummer business academy, aims to bridge the gap between academic preparationand real-world business through mentorship and training by industry experts.

The IT Master Class is an educational modelfounded in 2012 by Petya Petrova, Director of the Center for Research andApplication of New Information and Communication Technologies and lecturer inthe Department of Informatics at Varna University of Economics.

“Among the long-term goals of the projectis the adoption of the Western model of university education, where businessesplay a key role in workforce training. Without their active participation,universities cannot keep pace with the rapidly evolving technology landscape,”explains Petya Petrova.

This year, 14 students specializing inComputer Science and Mobile & Web Technologies were selected from over 50candidates to participate in the IT Master Class. They have the opportunity totake part in an internship program focused on Frontend and Backend development,along with sessions led by company specialists in three core areas: .NET, PHP,and Frontend.

For the participants, gaining hands-onexperience in a real work environment and receiving personalized feedback fromSprintax mentors is especially valuable. The top-performing students will havethe chance to continue their professional development as Junior Developerswithin the Sprintax team.
