Lyuba Nikolova works at CluneTech's global leader in VAT compliance, reclaim and consultancy, Taxback International as a Client Engagement Executive.
Lyuba's role at the CluneTech subsidiary revolves around navigating customers in the service desk and analytics platform while also preparing client documents for submission of tax and refund claims. Lyuba and most of her teammates are located at our office in Shumen, Bulgaria but her team also has members who work fully remotely from other countries around the world.
